How long will you live? →
Apparently I am going to live to 86. I find that highly doubtful.
Not according to the complete stranger who told me the other day that the cookie I was eating contained a week’s worth of calories and a year’s supply of trans fats (whatever they are). I was so annoyed I had to eat another four. With extra frosting. Fuck you, arteries.

A fun little diversion →
So….back from my first muay thai boxing class, which is the most fun thing I’ve done in a while. For a start, the play music in 3 minute bursts, with a 2 minute break in between. The idea is you fight/train while the music plays and rest when it’s off, to get you used to going for the length of a round. The music they choose? Eye of the Tiger and the Rocky soundtrack, OF COURSE....
